
I am a Graduate of the Institute of Culinary Education in New York City. With an externship experience at Perry Street, a Jean Georges Restaurant in New York, I further honed my skillset and soon realized I wanted to take my knowledge, experience and passion into people’s homes. I wanted to provide my Client’s a restaurant quality experience in the privacy of their own homes by offering tailored menu options specific to their dietary, health or event needs.
Giving back to the Community is an extremely important social responsibility I take seriously. I am a proud member of CulinaryCorps, a volunteer service organization designed specifically for Culinary Professionals. The Organization recruits Chefs, Cooks, Food Educators and Culinary Professionals to launch transformational short-term volunteer trips addressing a community’s most critical food challenges: emergency hunger relief, cooking and nutrition education, healthy food access, childhood wellness, and culinary heritage preservation. I have been a proud member of this Organization for almost 10 years.
